Hi, so you need to use an app called Superform. This is not part of monday forms. Let me know if you need more help.

Thanks for letting me know. I usually automate the sending of the link with an automation. You can choose any trigger like item creation or change in status. So I would do something like "when an item is created, create link, then send email" and you can pull in the url into the automation. I hope that is helpful.
