I had zero problems updating my firmware with these directions, so thank you very much. The only issue I'm having at all is the Neutron App won't connect to my Neutron, but my firmware is the latest. Great job, thanks.

Could you let me know what USB driver I need for my Neutron. Trying to upgrade grade to the same version as you. I get a message found Neutron. Failed to update. Think it's a USB driver, been on Behringer website on downloads but still don't know what USB driver to download. Thank you for your video.

I didn't have any problems with driver. If you are a Windows user - i can't help. Anyway, the best option is to contact tech support

Couldn't find the software via Behringer support website... and the link for the Firmware version 2.02 is down. (404) ... I downloaded 2.0 ... "UPDATE failed... cannot communicate... make sure you installed the correct driver..."

Hi! I have everything I need to do the update except for the update file itself! When I go to the Behringer website and click on Firmware Updater V2.0.2 for Mac, it says the page can not be found. I can not find the file ANY where else. Can you possibly provide me with the file?? I'm at my wits end at this point, because my Neutron has all of the bugs that the update is supposed to fix. Please let me know! You're my last hope of finding it at this point haha.
