Brother, u can enter in Saudi if ur old passport is valid if its expired, then u cannot enter if ur old passport has been expired already then u have to update online, then u can come in Saudi Arabia

These days we cannot do NAQL MALOOMAT ourselves for our depents. We have to visit the Jawazal office after getting an appointment. This is based on my experience and after wasting a week on an online Absher/ Twasil application.
