How to Update Tab 4 T530 T531 T532 & T535 from official to Android 10 / 11

Hello my fellow watchers , hope your doing great on this Friday morn..sunny and bright.
In this video a Noob Upgrade of the Samsung T530 Tab4 from stock android 5.1 to Android 11.
In this video our goal is not only the Upgrade , but also make the OS work with a external Ethernet device that will let the Tablet work with a cable instead of
just the wifi chip , .
Why ?
Because the owner don't want Wifi in the house .. yup these people really
exist and a bright idea for those that don't want others on their Wifi connection..
cause as we know , every security can be easily accessed by some people that belief they are hackers and live in your Wifi reach..right?
Anyway , we will use LineageOS 18.1 by Mateo , a bright developer that cared and worked on this device .
Now the video is long because it contains all you need to know if you never did
did this before , and want to learn about doing these kinds of magic on Android Samsung Devices.
What is needed?
A Windows Computer or laptop with the Samsung USB drivers installed ,(Google them) and install , also google a tool called ODIN 3.1.4 and install it.
Now you fixed the recognition of your Tab and the PC ..great job.
Now we need to replace the recovery with TWRP.TAR and not IMG

Hi Omo , go into settings find software info then build number - tap it until you see developers options enabled - go back settings , and look all below - tap developers options and find OEM unlock turn it on and your ready to start good luck I showed this clearly in the set up video

Thank you for the video. I followed it to a T and upgraded my SM-T530Nu. However, I found out out that every time, I restart the T530, I lost the date and time which reset back to Sep 2022. Hello buddy, can you give me a word of advise? My T530 constantly freezes on recovery.img in Odin's log when trying to write twrp to device. It stops shortly after clicking the Start button and nothing happens until I remove the cable or turn off the device. I tried 4 different Odin's versions and 3 different twrp versions but the output is always the same. How can I check if I have a locked bootloader (cannot dial, fastboot always looking for device but not recognizing it)? In options I turned the USB debugging on, there is no OEM unlocked option though.

Try killing what your not using and did you do a clean install - format data confirmed by typing yes rebooted back into recovery copied rom to device and flash reboot to system without gapps ? Hi! I don't know why? My tablet is as same as yours but mine does not allow me to connect it to my pc after performing the upload mode. Due to this i can't be connected to odin. But there's one thing that i noticed, that might be the root of the problem. Whenever i try to continue (volume up) there would be notes at the top left portion. hmmm let me think - Did you before flashing the rom in twrp select Format data and confirmed by tupong yes - rebooted back into recovery then copy rom to device internal or external .. flash rom and flash gapps reboot - this should fix the problem - please report back

message in odin says to delete samsung google account - it is not possible to use the device without unlocking, changing the partition without unlocking will cause problems - I don't remember any of that info

@@sxstemm Ok I understand - important to manchen is that I find youtube most of the times when installed via gapps on custom roms - plays for seconds the. Boem stops playing - So its not worth installing Gapps - Installbthe rom - with pc go to Fdroid and download aurorastore - Get Firefox and use that for youtube - log in with a 2 step verification protected Gmail account and you will be watching KZbin on 11 - another altenative is NewPipe - also available via Fdroid website - it has a search so no need to install fdroid first to get started - Alright your about to flasj Twrp now so good luck - when in Twrp contact me again then we will flash the 11

@@channel48 i found the twrp but its the 3.4.0 version should i download that one or the version in the video? if its not the right version pls send me the link u got it from if u can, thank you also im gonna download android 10 since the 11 only work on t530

@@sxstemm The 3.4 is newer remember the very first time you need the .tar and not .img - so make sure the Twrp extension ends with .tar - go ahead 10 is perfect
