How to Update the BIOS on an ASRock Motherboard

THANK YOU so much. I had nowhere else to turn and you helped me out so much with this video. Had bought a new CPU but didn’t realise you needed to update Bios to make it compatible.

Did you extract the file from the zip you downloaded?

Make sure it isn't in a parent folder just make sure it is the straight ROM
