How to Update the Firmware of iD400 Dash Cam

P.S. Please make sure the file name is the same as the one you download (because if you download the files twice and the previous file hasn't been deleted, the file's name will be different, like FWAC006.bin and FWAC006 (1).bin and FWAC006 (2).bin.., therefore, please make sure the file name should be FWAC006.bin by deleting previous download files or record)

i bought this cam, and its not working, it does not react to any charger except via usb on PC , cant use it in car as the battery is always low and never connects to car via usb c as it was supposed to. on emails to support no reply
