Pro tip: 1. Find an above average sized brick. 2. Apply a generous amount of force... whilst throwing the brick into the screen of the TV. :) Problem solved.. Vizio's software/hardware angers me.

Listen I couldn't finish the video because is not truly helping me and that music is very distracting, causing me to fall alseep. I had to pause the video couple of time, just to read and not hear that music, for that I could of went to the online and read the info their. Need to do it step by step, so we can get the concept of it.

So I just repaired a 2012-2013 smart TV model vizio m3D55okde how ever how do I download apps to it? It doesn't have smartcast? Can I install it if so how? There is no firmware for it on the support site

5/2/2020 Last two weeks, my Vizio 50" TV screen has an embedded translucent grey box [5"X8"] at the upper right side of the screen; aprox, 12" off center. Within this grey box there is a flashing light, about every 2 secs. This continues on ALL channels. It never goes out unless TV is turned off. Would this be a Vizio TV matter or something more sinister?

First of all, thank you for this video. I would love to have the music. I got a E70U-D3 for free and I restarted it 4 times 1 and 2nd time - it would search for update and tv on and off and come back to the next step, but no update. 3rd +4th time searching for update, but It doesn't turn off and it just skipped to the nxt step. I did the USB thing and it gives a rar with .utv file and .text file. I tried to rename it to fwsu with no luck. Any suggestions here 🥺

please somebody... oh jeez. i wish i knew the outsides & insides of my vizio (smart tv) like i do all my android phones. would love to flash me some new (or even old.. not too old tho, lol) firmware on this thing. (or even just a 3rd party app store, just some other apps/way of getting apps..) what with it not having a roku os, (unlike what i was told when i purchased the damn thing..), & also not having an android os, the options are extremely* limited on what "apps" you can download/use.. therego, no adult swim. or even a web browser, on a fkn smart tv.. (gdamn bro now i wish i would have @least bought the 4k version..)
