One question I have done what you show in the video but my problem is that if I play music on KZbin after 2 or so videos or more the loading circle ⭕️ in the screen turns for about 8 seconds and after that it’ll go to a screen which reads “ something went wrong” gives you 3 choices 1 send report 2 scan QR code Or cancel I have done all types of troubleshooting even calling Samsung they didn’t find any failure on my tv, do you happen to know what that might be? I purchased the Aero + Amplified indoor HDTV antenna that came with Fire-stick. I connected the antenna and Fire Stick but I lost the free tv app I had. The free tv app would also come on to channel 2 and I could go up and down to the next local channels. Now I can’t do that with the apps I have installed unless I search for a channel when I need to go from one to another. Example 2 to 7, to 4 etc. the free tv app I had was a light blue. I tried searching but to no avail. I just purchased this tv about six months ago and I hate it. Tempted to five it away and buy a regular tv. Help.
