At 3:38, you mention the white plastic peg that holds the plastic trim in place... How do you pop it loose? Do you just pull it down or slide it sideways?

The tools are available at most auto parts store and from online retailers. It's best to use plastic trim tools whenever possible, as these reduce the chances of scratching or nicking the trim in the vehicle.
