Hi , my case is approved and we are waiting for embacy interview, I update the case from IF to IR1 but now my daughters case which where under my spouse case needs to submit separately cause they told me in this case they cannot accept derivative case , what can I do now ? If your child lives with you in the USA as a Permanent Resident, you can File a N-600 Form and you child can obtain the citizenship through you. If your child does not live with you or you are not the legal guardian of your child, your petition might be denied by USCIS. It's better to contact USCIS if you believe there might exist a possibility for the Petition to be denied.

You could sent a package to the office that’s processing your I130 with a copy of the naturalization certificate, the notice of action or receipt letter and a sample letter explaining that you want to upgrade that petition. Also in the outside the envelope you should write I130 upgrade.
