Hello friends, i got a denial in my first purchase and i appeal with fbi and they overturned, i go to the gun shop they told me all its fine and they call me when i can pick up the gun, they never call me i went to the gun shop and they told me i go denied again with the fbi original letter says i can receive a posses firearm from xxx. What should i do. Thank you

I had my rights restored and still get denials and have to contest them theres a way to keep your background if u have one on the books then they see the restoration of rights

I had to file a VAF with the atf before. It took a couple months. but after its done they send a letter it will have a UPIN number put that number in when buying a gun and you will get a proceed.

The only reason I was denied was because I put my current address rather than the address on my license

Also you should pick another ffl. They should have helped you out with that
