You can try digital optimizers but it mean the photo taken is too low of quality. Make sure you taken high resolution photos or scans of your work.

You have to wait until that info is verified before you can upload anything. It can take a few days sometimes to get everything verified and set up.

Your image resolution might need to be larger. I can't remember the exact parameters but that seems a little small (at least if you plan to sell prints).

Yesterday, Saatchi approved my picture ID, and I uploaded one piece there, but selling isn't allowed as they’re asking for a Tax ID. Unfortunately, I’m unsure where or from which link to upload it. Today, after uploading all my work, I plan to message them regarding the Tax ID. Let’s see what happens. I have another question-I’m completely new to the online world of art selling and buying. People from all over the world have been contacting me, offering more than what I’m asking, which feels a bit strange. Some have even asked me to upload my work somewhere else, promising payment in cryptocurrency via NFTs. It all feels very unfamiliar and a bit unsettling. I’m worried these offers might be scams. Yes that is correct. Make sure to crop properly so it is all shown.

At least 1200 pixels x 1500 pixels. Less than 50MB. The larger the resolution means the more print sizes will be available. So the higher the better.

Yes you can sell 12x12 inch artwork. Remember, you don’t ship anything to Saatchi Art, it goes directly to the customer when purchased.

I estimate based on previous packages. If you decide to sell the print-on-demand prints, they take care of producing the print and shipping it.

Once you have ant artwork uploaded to Saatchi, how to you assign it to a specific collection?

It has changed from what it used to be and actually took me a while to figure it out. If you login in and then under your name click on "View Artist Profile", you will see all of your artworks as the public sees them. However, underneath each artwork there is a + symbol. Click on that and that allows you to add it to a collection or create a new collection.

The only thing I can think of is that when you registered for an account, you chose to be a collector or just someone who buys and not an artist who sells. Otherwise, make sure you click on the little landscape picture and gear beside your name once you have logged in. From there, you can upload art.

Once a painting is sold, then an address will be sent to you as to where to send the artwork. Saatchi doesn't physically collect your artwork, it is just listed online until sold and then you ship directly to the buyer.

Prints are just reproductions of your work, they aren't the original. If you don't want to sell the original, then choose "Not for sale". But just make sure prints are an option.

@@OT28100 if you don't want to sell prints, then select "Not For Sale" for that one. Under the Price & Details section is where you choose if the original is for sale or not. You can contact their customer support on their website to see how you can receive payments.

For me, 8x10's are usually about 0.5 kg. 16x20's are usually around 1.2 kg. It does depend on how you package them and the canvas or surface that you paint on though. Try packaging one up and weighing it to get an idea.

It will take you to a different site. If I remember right, it takes a day or two to verify your account.

Depth really only matters for stretched canvas paintings. Most canvases are either 0.75 or 1.5 inches in depth. For paper artwork, just put in 0.1 or something.
