That is a great piece of equipment which would be handy to have, just to make planting much quicker and easier too.

It is much easier to use a tractor to do most things. I have even used mine to mow my lawn with the brush cutter attached after both my mowers was broken down.

Install the row attachment on the rear bar that will put the plow behind the disc, this will leave the furrow in a single pass.

Thought the same thing, the furrow is getting buried by the discs following after. It's no different than the pass without the attachment, except the subsoil would be slightly more broken by the attachment. This is literally the first thing I've seen on this channel that I questioned. Everything else seems on point.

I have the parts to make this same set-up on my Farmall A and I would put the hillers in front (between the axles) and the furrowing plow in the rear (behind the rear axle). My garden is about double that size, and I just cover my seed with a hoe or a rake.

I think the furrowing attachement should be behind the disks, i believe it would work better.

I think I need this. My soil is a bit Rocky. Will it work or will they break in Pennsylvania rocky soil? What do you think about going through this again later in the season to cultivate the weeds out?

Two things--1)you are taking a pounding for not having the furrow attachment in the right spot 2)where's the "go ahead Peanut" that I am so accustomed to. You guys are a go to for my videos on attachments, but this one missed the mark a bit.

Looks like a nice tool but the furrowing attachment needs to be behind the hillers. Otherwise what is the point?

If your blades were a little larger along with a heaver tool bar i think you would like the row a lot more. I may not be right but I have farmed up to 2,000 acres most of my life.

Their right!,the furrowing spade needs to be in the back,Your burning twice the fuel having to make 2 passes.I see no one makes one for my John Deere 110 with hydraulic lift,so I,ve managed to find 2 12 inch discs and went through my scrap steel pile and found metal for the frame.I will locate the spade on the back as well as 2 cookie cutters on the front of the discs.
