(Question at the end) Amazing quality and engineering. This is one of the most incredible tools ever invented! It saves me hours of mucking around with knives. I don’t have to worry about it ruining my work when it goes blunt, because it simply hasn’t yet. Could you please advise the best cutting mat to use. I currently use a quality self healing mat, bought from a well known craft store chain 🇦🇺, but it has a very hard surface. It’s not the usual soft, darker green mat, rather a stiffer, lighter green. Will this reduce the lifespan of the hardened steel blade? Thanks again for an awesome product!

@@ChristineDesler-r2g We use our sticky mat adhesive glue on the cutting mat, holds any materials in place while cutting and leaves no residue after 🙌

Replace blade process?

Each of our blades are tungsten carbide and last around 12 months if used regularly. We also do 3 different interchangeable blades for paper, card, fabric and even leather 🙌

You make it look so easy to use but when I use mine, it doesn’t really cut through normal light weight paper. When I try and trace around an image, it totally wrecks it. 🫤😭😖
