Can the liner be removed for cleaning?

I’m so glad you made this video! I’m new to skydiving and just bought my kiss helmet. I measured my head and compared it to the size chart. When I got my first one, it was so small that I could barely open my mouth. So I sized up. When I got this one, it was still too small even after I loosened the back. Are these helmets supposed to fit extremely tight? I’ve tried a full faced helmet at ifly and have never had this problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Jayda! Thanks for commenting and its our pleasure to help. They helmet should be snug but not too tight that you cannot open your mouth. The padding does loosen up after wearing the helmet for a bit. Unfortunately, not all heads are shaped the same so the sizing guide is only an approximation and the best way to test sizing is the try them on. Let us know if you have anymore questions!

Is this helmet like the G3 and G4 where the shell is the same size for the small med and large, the only difference is the padding? The reason I ask is I bought a large and it’s alittle too big, I was wondering if I can use padding to make it alittle tighter

Hello! That is correct, the shell sizes are the same only the padding thickness changes. You can always send your helmet to Square One and they can reline your helmet for $120. I hope that helps!

Disliked this helmet because the audibles didn't sit over my ears, they were an inch away and very quiet. Couldn't hear beeps in freefall. Shame because otherwise it's pretty nice.
