How to use a Menstrual Disc | Insert, Remove, Clean and Auto-Dumping

I recently switched from tampons to pixie products, I started with the cup first but had some trouble removing it, so I switched to the disc. I’m on my second cycle using the disc and I’m still trying to get the hang of it, been having leaking issues, but I’m determined. Now to get my daughter on board lol

Yay! That's great to hear! We'd love to help you troubleshoot your issues if you would like! You can email us at [e-mail]. Make sure you insert the Disc at a downward angle, towards your tailbone. Once it's back as far as comfortable, tuck the Disc up fairly high over your pubic bone. The key is to try to "scoop" the disc under the cervix.

Thank you! I couldn't get the angel right because I didn't know you should find your pelvic bone, but your video helped a lot! Its my first time using menstrual disks and it hurt/ was uncomfortable to insert at first but your video really helped. I can't thank you enough for making this video. Can you do this with liquid inside it please it seems like I have to take it out over the toilet or shower

It gets so messy! I try to auto dump before taking it out or just do it in the shower

Yes, the stem will stick out. If you find the length of the stem unsuitable, you can trim or completely remove it.

Some women may feel a bubbling sensation or the presence of a full tampon. However, most women don't feel anything and assess it based on their bleeding patterns on different days.
