Navistar does not explain on the Volgswagen range of cars each make of vehicle is different you know like ford , Toyota , Nissan , Hyundai etc?

Hi Brad i purchased the VW T - Cross in 2019 what i am still confused about is what is the difference between Cruse control , Adaptive Cruse control ( ACC ) & Speed limiter on my steering wheel controls even when i look on the internet it does not show whether you are using the speed limiter and if it automatically the system is using using the adaptive cruse control or speed limiter or just cruse even when reading my owners manual can you help me?

It was a 2017 Passat but it’s the same system as the Jetta.

But unfortunately my 2019 don’t have the “adaptive” just regular “cruise control” with the + & - buttons which is still fine. Finally I can use it on the freeway

i don,t like it or the cruise control is to fiddly and overly complicated, i prefer the stick ie just one up and one down and works in increments of 1 mph each push up or down much much much better, vw passats button on the steering wheel is hard to use, do this , do that, i just want cruise on or off, mercedes stick on the steering wheel is the best cruise control by far.
