Just a FYI, the bigger you go on the air tips the better the bass sounds. I tried all the tips and the biggest ones had the deepest base. Plus you don’t have to push them in all the way sense they’re so Big just the tip is good enough :-)

I learned how to adjust the volume. There is a channel on the inside of the stems. Slide your finger up or down and the volume changes. This was by trial and error! I too would love a tutorial on how to make the best use of the features. These are some amazing pieces of technology!

That’s a good question . I have the Sony link buds s, and I’m going to return them for these. I let my elder parent try them ( they are having hearing problems) the ear that they have a problem with , remain the same with the earbuds on. Who Knows with these apple earphones. Her trying the ear buds reaffirmed that she does have a hearing problem and she needs to go to the doctor.

It really depends on what you want, the new 14 has the floating island and not the colour you want, so you could just get the 13 it’s also cheaper

About a month ago I bought my generation two pros connected them. They worked fine and they connected immediately. Well now I can’t get the darn things to connect to anything. I need instructions on exactly how to re-charge all of the stuff do I do it automatically, overnight for instance. The case case light will be blue but the pods do not give me the % of charging. I took it off my ipads and then reinstalled it and it still wont connect with my bluetooth . I have two airpods and im having trouble with both. I must be charging incorrectly. All of my devices are running the latest release.

Yes, of course. FF, RW, SKIP, PAUSE, Last song, Next song, restart current song. All the basic functions are there and you use that side button located on both stems. It's sweet and oh so smooooove.....
