I believe in body, soul, and spirit. Maybe we can understand our voices in three. Tracking my voices in my head is separate from the voice I hear in my heart. Brain dumping on the paper I use. My emotion of anger went high yesterday. Being an artist, I took this emotion and did a live KZbin into collaging art and released this emotion. It took a while because this thing is a build-up of 20 years. I am learning this card system. I do have an ADHD brain to work with. It is hard to focus and keep track if it is not simple. Yes, waiting to do things at the last minute can be me.😊❤

I just started using my Zettelkasten for journalling a couple of weeks ago; an experimental migration from Bullet Journalling. A similar approach of including thoughts and ideas is part of it, too. I'm still evaluating the advantages and disadvantages to using a notebook for my types of entries, though. The overhead the Zettelkasten introduces is a blessing and a curse at the same time.
