One thing I can't find in your videos is the best practice for handling tasks where you're waiting for someone to respond. I'd like to avoid having multiple "follow up" tasks on top of existing tasks and I'm trying to keep my tasks outcome focused. E.g. "Obtain title commitment." might be the task. How do you treat the job of following up with the title company multiple times to get them to send you the title commitment?

Good question - you could use a Section or Tag to group task that need to be followed up.

Can I add a rule to automatically send a form to complete from a specific section? (I hope that makes sense).

Not using Asana rules. But you could use a tool like Zapier to automatically send an email with a link to the form when you complete a certain task in a section.

This would be possible using Zapier (a third-party automation tool). So when a task is created via the form, you could automate an email to be sent.

When the form is filled in, it'll create a task in the project so you'll be able to reference this. You can attach files to your tasks in Asana for easily retrieving them later.

This was made a little while ago so Asana may look a bit different now. I'm just using the latest version and so are you. There's no 'updating' Asana.

Question - Is there a way that if a question is posed asking the # of [Input Item Here], for example, 1, 2, or 3, that it would branch out to ask the same series of questions to collect information about each? i.e. If they select 1 items the same list of 5 questions and if it's 2 the list of 5 questions twice and so on?

I believe I have figured out the answer to the above. However, I have a follow-up question. If I have a Multi-select Question with the options 1, 2, or 3, and I have all of my questions prepared for if 1 is selected, is there a way to efficiently duplicate all of my questions for if 2 or 3 is selected or do I need to manually input all questions?

No. But you could set up an automation to email them when the task is complete.
