I really like your "1 tool video". Ex this one and the thumbprint video. How you use them and what can be done with them. It is really helpful. Thank you for your content 👌

I intend on making some more in the future for sure! Possibly bevelers and veiner tools next! I appreciate your feedback!

That means a lot, thank you!! I try to provide as much as I can from what I have learned and how I perceive it in my own head. Sometimes I feel like it won’t make much sense to others, so it’s good to know that it does translate well!

Thank you! The video ended up taking a little different route than I initially planned, but I hope it was helpful! I might make a more condensed version in the future.

@@Girtyleatherco I think it’s a great video. I’ll be attending the Prescott Trade show in February. My first stop will be the Barry King booth and picking up the same ones you have. I’ve learned a lot from this and many of your videos. Thanks.

You do GREAT work young man. Be confident you are excellent. I love your videos and you have a great personality. No need to denigrate yourself. Don’t point out every mistake.

thanks for the video brother! the length didn't bother me one bit. I got at least three great tips to help me transition from matting tools to bar grounders. I think you know more and explain better than most of the other U Tubers out there. Set up a subscriber based project channel and I will be there. See ya!

Ethan! I love your content and your leatherwork. Can you please make a video on decorative cuts? Your decorative cuts are on point! I’d love to see and hear your tips on how you place them and what blade you are using on your swivel knife. Thank you

Can you do a video on how to finish leather after you paint it? I’ve had some issues of paint rubbing off when I put resist on it
@GirtyleathercoАй бұрын
I’m no paint expert to be honest. I’ve tried a lot of different methods and I still have issues myself. I almost always have to touch up the paint in the end. I will say that thinning the paint down quite a bit and applying multiple thin coats with adequate dry times in between helps most for me, but still not perfect.
