I've always been fascinated with boxes. I love them and I can't explain why. I see a good box and I immediately want it. Moreso than the "stereotypical" jars Witches are often teased lovingly for enjoying (and hoarding.. :') ) I have felt similarly to your ideas on boxes and I will definitely continue to love and use them! Your draw to boxes is a lot like my draw to jars 🥰 I love me a good jar and I think they are very similar to boxes in what they can do. They both seem really good for letting things marinade together, for protecting the contents, as a womb symbol, and as a way of gleaming new inspiration from things. I love the many fun ways a box can appear (the house was such a darling idea) and using it as a coffin symbol is something I hadn't considered before. They may be better to bury when a spell is done because they can actually break down in the soil unlike a jar. Jars have many fun uses too, I think they may be better for spells using liquids and rotting or decaying matter. I've used them for violent shakings, food spells, and I've even captured little insects and frogs in them to live with me as temporary familiars before releasing them. Thank you for sharing your love of boxes! It was awesome seeing your fancy ones and what you use them for ❤

I’ve been a box whore my whole life. I’ve been known to bury them, fill some with coins, gold, diamonds & dirt, one I ran over with my car multiple times. I didn’t think of it as box magic back then, but now I know it for what it is. Loved seeing this! Now I’m inspired to gift boxes to see what that may inspire.

"Amazon" has made my life full of boxes. On my 30 acres there are very happy critters living in the woods, having an apartment complex of Amazon cardboard boxes, under the leaves to spend winter in. I mean hundreds of them.

But I have never thought about using them as an oven to blend and combine... that's brilliant! Exactly the type of spell format I need now. I stumbled upon your videos. I moved to a place that’s isn’t giving me the energy I need or want. I’m having a very difficult time connecting with others after 2 years I’ve given up. This area feels as though I’ve stepped back in time. Although I love all things vintage this isn’t about that. It’s the way people live and treat others. It’s a place I’d never want to live and I’m living here not by choice. In my opinion This craft seems to call to me, I feel it resonates with me. It’s diverse and accepting and healing. I feel Witchcraft isn’t a religion but a mindful spiritual practice. Although it doesn’t have strict rules, it does have guidelines and boundaries that should not be crossed. I love this idea and I love incorporating crafts with daily rituals and life. I’m extremely new aspiring witchcraft enthusiast. I’m trying to teach myself and learn and figure out ways to incorporate this craft into my life. I believe this is what Im here for and it 100% resonates with me and, I absolutely love the shirt you’re wearing in this video. 🥰 I just subscribed your channel, your book looks amazing. i keep my tarot cards in wooden cigar boxes the local tobacco store gets rid of. i put drops in incense oil in them, wrap my cards in a cloth, and store them like that. the cards all smell like incense now, really nice.

i always loved boxes, especially pretty wooden ones, but I mainly use them for storage, but i did think of them at a pause as well. I store my candles crystals etc...and pause them until im ready to use them! Love all the other ideas! Question : you mentioned we can always reprogram objects for other things. What are your thoughts on using candles that has been lit, but havent been used in practise? Like if you buy second hand candle, that has been lit or you have some old candles at home have been used (not for any spells). I know some people say its best to use 'virgin' candles.
