Very clear. So helpful. I was able to schedule a meeting across four time zones. Awesome help. THANK YOU!

4 times zones? You deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐!

We use WhenAvailable for meeting polls. It gives a 3rd choice of Maybe. We use it to say this time is not ideal for me but I can make it if necessary.

thank you for this tip, very helpful! Checked out WhenAvailable, looks perfect for our needs.

Is there a way to add times to an existing poll? I have a poll going right now, and just learned that the week I proposed doesn't work for everyone. Rather than starting an entirely new poll, I'd like to simply add times to the existing one.

this seems like a helpful and cleaner alternative to doodle polls. I just prefer the response results on doodle as it's easier to see everyone's overall availability and what the most preferred option is

It would be nice to be able to give more than 40 time options. My friends and I can have difficulty with finding a start time that works best for all of us for game night. So I'm usually setting up multiple start times for each day and for multiple weeks out in advance. I find it weird that there's a limit at all.

It would be nice if there was an option to decide if one or certain attendees are mandatory (while others are just optional) to participate

Agreed. Perhaps this is something that they will add in the future!

Thank you for this informative video. I was always wondering what the "Pending" feature was there for. I am facing an issue. My invitees keep receiving email reminders for meetings they already rescheduled. Is there a way of letting Calendly automatically cancel reminders it intends to send for meetings that have been rescheduled?

I don't know if they have changed this feature in the last two months since you posted this video but my view of meeting polls is different and I can't figure out how to change it. All I can see are poll options and results as a list, not in a calendar view as you have shown here. I wish there was a way to change it.

How can I have my clients book 15 minute increment meetings ? Where it shows available times by 15 mins ? Instead of 30 mins or 1Hr
@RapidBlindfolds Жыл бұрын
how do you use this for weekly recurring meetings?

Is it possible to start multiple meeting polls with different and unrelated parties?
@Simpletivity6 ай бұрын
Yes, you don't have to wait for one poll to finish to start another or multiple polls.

What if someone doesn't choose the overall time? Let's say 6 people overlap, but 2 aren't available, is there a way to notify them?
@only.people2 жыл бұрын
More clearly, if you send it out to 10 people, and 8 of them agree on a time, but 2 aren't available then, what is the best practice to make sure everyone is included in a time that works for everyone?
@cricketinfield17702 жыл бұрын
@@only.people Sometimes you have to just go with the majority for a meeting. The chair/leader time is the priority.

Calendly is a nice free tool, but it's really not clear who ready to pay for payed version?
