2:10 Do make sure to wear a gas mask with a filter when doing this in survival mode because drilling it drops coal powder, if you pick it up with no gas mask you can get black lung from the coal dust

1:09 there is no such material without a working nuclear reactor. There are no available raw materials for SILEX. Where to get nuclear waste or where to get uranium pellet to get Radium-266? I don't understand :( (1.12.2) (1.12.2)

This is a breeding reactor, for progression you will need a simple nuclear reactor first and some uranium fuel which then will be depleted in the reactor and then you can process that depleted fuel to get different materials. I would highly recommend installing and using JEI mod as it will help you out alot to see how different materials can be obtained

I guess the RBMK as you can pretty much modify it completely to suit your power requirements and there are a multidude of fuels you can use and then recycle them to get diffrent isotopes

I actually haven't really checked out the recent additions to HBMs reloaded mod which is HBMs mod for 1.12.2 version. If that version has the Chicago Pile reactor then it will be made in the same way as this video. If you are talking about making an RBMK in that mod then you can check some of the designs that I have made and they will work for that version as well. But there was a bug recently that didn't let the water ducts connect to the steam connectors. Anyhow I will first suggest check out some of my recent designs for the RBMK and try making them ...if you run into any trouble lemme know and I will help you
