It would’ve been easier to use a non wipe too coat and then draw the French tip and leave a tacky base so u can put the chrome powder on top and then finish it q top coat

Thanks for your comment 🙏🏻🌸 you’re right, it’s easier with the technique you mentioned, but main difference in the technique I’ve used is that the french line is much more clear this way.
