it's obviously best solution. but it also can be done other way, obviously those companies are targeting psychologically, so if you make your psyche strong you can still use it. but this path is the harder. like very hard. like i dont use my phone for facebook, wp, insta, yt much! even if i watch Reels, I had allowed only45 mins to it. for this, there will be much mental struggles. if you are curious about the reason, you do things, the behaviors techniques etc. you can still strive in highly stimulation world.

It’s an interesting concept indeed. I’ve always said that in our present we need some of the smart functionalities - maps, work-related apps, instant messaging (Telegram for me). This is a happy medium that everyone could try. Do you by any chance have a guide for iOS as well?

I don't think this is really possible to do in an iPhone. As I said in the video, it probably involves jail-breaking you phone (which is something you probably don't want to do). You could try to do it, but I honestly wouldn't know where to even start. Android is probably the safest option, and if you have an iPhone and you don't mind switching to Android, it can work really well (at least for me) :)
