I just signed up with Cyber Ghost & I don't have "connection features" anywhere to be able to select the options you show. It's Cyber Ghost 8. Are you perhaps using a previous version & these options are now automatically done without needing to select??

They are in privacy settings section above smart rules. Apparently, there were some update changes and now all you have to do is just turn on/off the block content button there
