This is amazing! Teaching a person who has never groomed or properly even held the grooming scissors really shows that it's not easy. I'm going to be scissoring a dog for the first time, this helps me feel way more prepared.

A good tip that I heard was you don't want to bounce your scissors, you want to keep your wrist still and only move your thumb.

How can I take courses with you online I'm a grooming assistant but my boss is way too intense and rushes the hell out of me and expects me to know what she showed me once and super fast in a rush. Today I wash and shaved 8 doodles. She does the finishing but I'm tired of her pushing me and rushing me when I want to learn and washing and drying is so boring. I just ordered my self my first set of shears purple dragons. Unfortunately I can't afford the sapphire shears at the moment
