Thank you so much for this video, Judy! There are many videos on KZbin on using elastic thread in the bobbin, but yours is the very first one I've seen that tells us to use the machine tension guides and actually stretch the elastic thread while winding onto the bobbin using the automated winding function of our machines! Every other video I've seen says to hand wind the elastic thread onto a bobbin being careful NOT to stretch the elastic. Well, I'm here to tell you that I tried your method and IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY!! WOOHOO, Judy! Thank you!

Thank you for a clear and concise instructions. I am copying a favorite pair of pajama bottoms that has this elastic thread waistband. I made my baby sister a red polka dot tube top in about 1973. 👍💕🙋🏼‍♀️
