It does not no. Usually I have my assistant in meetings use the 'highlight' feature to highlight part of the call where a task is assigned so whatever team member needs to do the task can see what to do exactly

Can you download the Fathom recording (video)? I know you can download if you record the Zoom. But if you don't hit the Zoom record button, can you download the Fathom recording?

how do you change Fathom's background in the meeting? When it joins my team, it shows this obnoxious background that reads "This is Sarah's notetaker that is also recording" and it has like the logo and connection and other technical aspects. It does not look professional at all. How do you change the background of Fathom to make it black or just the name like yours shows?

I figured it out and even went one step further. If you click on the ellipsis in the top right corner of the little Fathom Notetaker window, click "stop video." That will remove the Fatham background. Next, go to your "View" button in the top right corner of the larger Zoom window and click to open. Click "Hide non-video participants," and that will remove the view of the Notetaker altogether.

Correct everyone will know. It's like an extra person in the zoom room and it says on its picture that it is recording the meeting

Frequently Fathom summaries have NOTHING to do with the meeting. Nothing. I use it for our Rotary meetings primarily, and the summary talks about how I go about helping clients in my computer business. I've complained and the company has no response other than, "Hmmm."
