I got a v-fitness smart watch today for $99. (Not a Fitbit) but it has a very similar interface. (Like exactly the same just with a few less options.

No onscreen keyboard. If you have an Android phone, you can voice-reply to texts with Alexa, yes, but Apple doesn’t allow 3rd parties to do this, so no Alexa voice reply for iPhone users.

In the Today section, I just have three options, steps, hourly steps and heart rate. Can you try to delete the Fitbit app from your phone. Re-install it. Manually sync your Versa 2 or wait for it to auto sync. That has worked for some.

No, you don’t not have to pay to get the Sleep Score. There is no Smart Awake feature yet, but it is supposed to come later this year. Stated battery life is 2 days with always-on display mode enabled. Note that you cannot see your custom watch face always-on, there is only a basic watch face that comes on for always-on viewing.

Sounds like you’ll need to remove the old Versa 2 from your account first. Tap on the icon in the upper left corner of the Fitbit dashboard (or whatever you need to tap on to get to the Account screen). Find Versa 2 in the list and tap on it. Scroll all the way down and tap remove this Versa 2. Then you should be able to set up the new one. You may need to check your phone’s Bluetooth settings and “forget” the old Versa 2 from that as well (specific instructions vary by phone). Hope that helps!
