How to use Forspiro inhaler (AirFluSal)

How to use the AirFluSal Forspiro inhaler. A short demonstration of the inhaler technique. You need to open the mouthpiece cover, the open the white lever under the mouthpiece cover completely, which will draw a dose of medication. You then close the white lever which will perforate the membrane and allow you to breathe in the powder. To inhale, empty your lungs of air, then breathe in forcefully and deeply, holding your breath at the end for up to 10 seconds.
AirFluSal Forspiro contains fluticasone (an inhaled corticosteroid) and salmeterol (a bronchodilator) and is generally prescribed for asthma or COPD.

It is not explained what to do when first opening the package. Extra protection strips. I find this useless without that information.
