Please give it access to all of my calendars. This is useless if it can't tell me what's on my work calendar etc.

My Google Workspace Extension is activated, but I still don't see the calendar when I enter the @ sign. Gemini also says it has no access to the calendar. What is the reason for this? Isnt it working in germany?

It gives me the same problem

Great tutorial on the use of Gemini with Google Calendar. I would most definitely be interested in similar tutorials on Keep and Tasks as well. Great job!

Can it be used for task management in addition to scheduling events? Specifically, I'm looking to organize my tasks across various categories (not just reminders). Will this extension support such detailed task organization?

Stay tuned for a new video that will address this and more!

Gemini Advanced, with Extension activated - for Google apps, using the Calendar prompt, It gave me all my event appointments correct for this week and on the correct days, but totally incorrect times. The times did not match the actual Calendar times listed. When I tried to change the times by prompt to the correct times (shown in the actual calendar) it didn't change the times. Work in Progress I think....

Thanks for sharing your experience! It sounds like there’s still some work to be done with how the Gemini extension handles times in Calendar. Hopefully, future updates will improve this feature so it syncs up more accurately.

It seems that this doesn't work with multiple calendars. Gemini can only add events to my main calendar, not other calendars I have created. I hope they add that feature soon, or maybe I'm not prompting it correctly.
@Simpletivity2 ай бұрын
No, you are correct. At least for now, this will only apply to your main calendar.

can you give tutorial about how to use gemini api to have access to google calendar4?

I don't have the @symbol in the prompt space??

I don't think this works as well with the Gemini advanced yet

Trying out Gemini again, still terrible. This is useless until it can read all of my calendars. I have school, work, events, etc on all separate calendars.

Its very frustrating because google themselves dont seem to want that u use that shit. I ve been trying to connect gemini to my calendar for hours now and it wont work. All options are blocked or greyed out. Somehow its not possible with my account type. I just dont get it

Gemini doesn't let me make any direct changes to my calendar. Generally speaking, I'm very disappointed with Gemini, I think it's competitors are much better, in every way.

And you feel this is easier than just simply grabbing your meeting and dragging it to the new appointment. Ok.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I think your point could add value to the discussion. However, the tone might come across as dismissive to some, which can make it harder to have constructive conversations. What do you think could be a more encouraging way to express your feedback that fosters civil discourse and positive interactions? In a world where we’re trying to bridge divides, it’s so helpful when we can offer our opinions in a way that builds people up.
