How to use Google Contacts as a CRM with Contacts CRM addon from the Google Workspace Marketplace

Can you use this on a mobile device ? Or only with a desktop ? Many sheets add ons are useless on cell phones . The one place you need to see this info the most. A phone ! If so then sign me up..

I created a label in google contacts, division 1 basketball coaches. I have 300 coaches contacts names saved and under each of those coaches contacts I have three assistant coaches names and emails but when I sent out an email to that label only the head coach receives the email and not their assistant coaches. so how can I make sure that everyone under that one contact name will receive the email.

At the moment the Name field is a link to the contact record, so not able to separate and we did not want to have too many columns, but if there is a lot of feedback for this we would consider adding this to the sheet. Please enjoy a free trial....

Great. It's an good informative video and I use Google workspace and contact is the best part of it. You did not mention in the video about what add on we should use or I missed to understand somewhere. Please guide.

This looks really useful. Are we be able to track the different products and/or services that each client has purchased. For example, we are a wellness & aesthetic clinic and would like to see, at a glance, which treatments clients have had done so that we can cross sell or upsell. Maybe using the custom fields? Putting a value on each treatment and getting a running total would be great too!

Yes, the custom fields in the contact record and in our CRM allows you to track other information. Adding a custom field in the addon creates the new contact form with that new field to allow consistency when recording new records/contacts

Google addons need permissions to access your contacts and sheets to make it work. We are doing an update now and hopefully will be functional soon. Thanks for checking out Contacts CRM! Please don't worry we can't actually see your data, it is all via Google.

Hello! Does it work for all the team as shared contacts? I mean, If I create a new contact or modify an existing contact, the contact directory from my team mates in workspace will be also updated? And what about labels, are they shareable? Thank you and good job!

I believe it should work if all users have the addon. Do you mean Labels in Google Contacts?

This is great! Can you send a mass email like constant contact on programs send to client? will it show as spam? and is there a way to send video like bomb bomb?

Careful paying out anything. Doesn't seem to work on anything but your desktop. Like all the other useless Google ad on s that take your $ without explaining that.. Just FYI..
