Hi Nancy, thanks for your question. I'm not 100% sure I understand the question, but you will need a Gmail account for the Streak CRM to work

I have email customers and I also have potential ones through Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Is there a way to use the free CRM that you spoke about with these platforms?

I think you would need to add the contacts to one contact database. I would use Google contacts as its cloud based and integrates really well with Gmail

This is built for Gmail, but you should be able to connect your yahoo email as an external account and collect yahoo within the Gmail client Does that make sense?

This does have customizable fields but I believe its a paid feature - but you can trial it for a month to see if it does what you need - have you tried the trial?

I found this software to be buggy and slow as hell. If an add-on cripples your main tool so much, then there's not much to gain from it being integrated.

I found its been fine, the only issues were when Google made an update sometimes the Streak CRM needed a updated patch or install, but that's standard for most bolt on solutions
