My MacBook Pro only have Type-A usb port and it doesn't recgonise the HiDock with A to C cable. What should i do?

No, you don't. Just press the HiDock key to start recording. But you need the HiNotes to transcribe and summarize.

Problem is the HiDock isn't recognized at all by Windows. This is a big problem.
