The Heat/ AC (HVAC) setting reads negative fahrenheit and thus neither heat nor ac will turn on

The rear AC unit is a heat pump. When you select Heat then Electric you are telling the heat pump to go into heat mode. Just like those who have a heat pump in their home. The reason it does not work below 40° is because the heat pump does not work efficiently under 40°.

I bought a keystone sprinter, the factory forgot to install a furnace, and forgot to hook up the city water connection inside the trailer walls. 3 year bumper to bumper doesn't mean shit! Nothing was covered under even the extended warranty I bought. In 2 years I haven't heard a word from Camping World in Pasco WA. I paid cash... Now I'm stuck living in a 75,000$ tent. DONT BUY KEYSTONE OR AFFILIATES
