My rear A/C show an inside temp -F and will not run heat / cooling or just fan. I have already tried removing all power from unit to reset and didn’t work as it did in the past. I have read to make sure my unit has the EOL resister located in the roof cavity must unsure where to find that? Any help would be great.

you have to remove the power completely .. unplug and disconnect the battery cables for a few. Other than that it could be an error with the control

Is there a way to DIM the ceiling lights in our '21 Keystone Cougar 29RKS with the In-Command System? I saw elsewhere online that ASA has developed a lighting dimmer module for the In-Command System but I was unable to find a source for the module and/or how it would be wired into the In-Command System.

Can the in command center be reset from the master control box in the basement? Our screen is lit but no display of options. Of course the slides are out but no awnings are out. We car in Colorado and start jobs on Wednesday next week. Can't bring it back to Indiana.

We have a keystone cougar 2022 29rli. Our unit does restart often as well as we try to press a button and it freezes and needs to be reset. Is this a problem with the unit or how do we test it to stop doing a reset or freeze?

To get to the next zone, push the > symbol at the top right of the screen. It's unfortunate that inCommand comes up on a lot of 30A, one-A/C rigs with the uninstalled A/C as a default, but it does. (I finally edited it out of my floorplan because it's 100% useless for it to be there.)

Troubleshooting my incommand now on 2020 Fuzion 369. Wall control panel won't start water heater on gas side. Electric side works. Also, any light controlled by incommand won't work, but light switched separately like bedroom and bathroom work. Awning works but awning lights don't. Ideas? Is there a reset for the light controls in incommand?

No, but if you have it connected to the campgrounds wifi or thru cellular, you can control certain things remotely.

I will have it always connected to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi here at home or at the campgrounds or internet connection with Winegard connect antenna we have. What would be nice is if the lights on a timer feature could be added someday. Here at home, we use Feit electric app connect to our outside lights with the special light bulbs. Works great but with this function on my phone with iN_-command when we are out at dinner, I can at least turn on the awning lights before we get back to the RV which will be nice.

Hi, I cannot figure out how to turn the AC on from the touch pad. It's been on before but now that I've plugged it into the 50v outlet it just doesn't turn on. Am I missing something?? Power works, slide outs, everything but getting the AC to kick on. I've watched this video and I feel like I've done everything I need to. Still won't kick on! PLEASE HELP!!!

IF the system has sensed the temp has dropped below a certain temperature sometimes it will freeze this. Try disconnecting your shore power AND disconnecting the battery power (use the battery disconnect). See if that power cycling works

Ours just did that recently. We did the same as suggested, disconnected shore power, disconnected battery but reset in command in the bay compartment. Only then did the ac come back on.

The Passcode feature is stupid. The only possible benefit of a Passcode is if your kids are messing with it, but it's high enough on the wall that a toddler can't reach it.

My rear AC comes on in fan mode when I'm using the furnace. Rear AC is set to heat, fan is auto, there's no schedule or mode B settings. Is that normal?

That is normal, it circulates the air :-)

There's a non-obvious glitch in the Dometic gateway that is documented in the inCommand manual: if you have the system set to furnace and the fan set to OFF, it really means LOW. To get it OFF, you have to set it to AUTO. Are you sure you don't have your fan set to OFF?

We have a 2020 fuzion 427 and my biggest complaint is how in-command constantly causes nothing but problems. We have reached out to the creators of this deboucle and they are more hassle than the product. The system will not complete an update or let you connect becauase it's constantly saying DC offline. Now you say well it must be the wifi nope not the problem it's been downloading to 3 quaters and then going DC offline. So I thought lets try hot spot off my cell provider nope the unit will not accknowledge anything other than the plan from furion antena service. So we have a system that is dormant for most of the time while being DC offline. Solutions get rid off the system and put light switches back in the products. Love the hauler hate the tech. Sorry for incomplete comment. Then after shutting off 12vdc reboot command control. This is separate from doing a reset.

Got it, problem resolved with the iN-Command Control Systems. i disengage the 12v battery switch to off position and the display will be off and then after 2 minutes the display will reset and my 2nd AC come back to work properly. thanks so much Mr Gerry because i plan to call to a service tech but at now i don't have to be hot this weekend. Saturday 9-10-2022 (92 Degress F here in Central Texas)

Jason, are you on a iPhone or android? I know you said you have reinstalled, but did you remove the bluetooth link before uninstall/reinstall? I would be sure to forget the device in bluetooth, uninstall, reboot phone, reinstall
