When i start the car, the stereo goes on automatically which kind of bothers me. Also before i turn the engine off, i press more than 5 seconds to turn the radio off. But then it starts automatically again the next day when i start the engine again. Why? If anyone knows. And also, is the stereo really shut off or it just looks like it? May drain battery fast?

I think it automatically will turn on (your radio) even if you turn it off before you shut the car off. Not sure if there is a way to override this. Stereo does shut off.
