How long do most ink stick tend to last? Can one cap of water be enough? I mean small amount of water in a water bottle cap.

it can last more than a lifetime do not put too much in one go put 3 drips first then add some if needed

Hey I always set it against the ink stone and let it dry itself. Some other use paper towels to get it dry and then set aside.

@@YimuHappy Ah I see .. thanks so much for the sharing ☺️ I read that some ppl stored their inkstones in their boxes , and then wrapped those boxes with papers ; and some of them wrap their inks with absorbent clothes and then stored them in their respective boxes ; and another said that we can just store them in plastic bags , so i got confused 😅 so tqvm for ur reply !

its better to not wash it because the old ink will be dried and the more you use it the more darker it gets

Yeah that's true! the only thing I'm kind of worried about is the small pieces of dried ink will harm the brush.

@@YimuHappy no it wont just keep grining it usually the tiny pecies are really dark and its good to use
