Feed posts are best for things you want to be 'permanently' on your profile for people to see moving forward. Story posts are only up for 24 hours (unless you also add the story post to a 'highlight') - so they're better for quick updates, 'behind-the-scenes' style content, using current/trending hashtags, etc - I just uploaded a video on my channel with tons of tips/tricks/and app recommendations, to facilitate using IG for businesses in 2021- feel free to check it out! :)
