But, where else can you save the image to? Can you insert the lifted photo into a different one? If not, this isn't super useful. Edit: after watching other videos about this same feature, I can say this video was not helpful at all either.

I’m in process of updating to this newest version right now. I’m really bad at staying up to date on these and just happened across this video after searching for how to I edit a portrait using native iPhone apps. This still won’t get rid of the zit on my chin though. So it sounds like this new feature allows you to isolate the subject deleting everything else, right? So is that what the last few options in portrait mode were designed to do? I’ve never found a use for those… has anyone else?

When I crop a picture in editing, it shifts the photo after I already set it exactly the gram section I wanted. Then/or after I set up crop frame shape of picture I edit, then shifts the photo out of place after I press done. How do I stop it from messing up my crops my iPhone 13 and now new iPhone 15 is doing this. How do I fix this screw up??

When the update first came out, I copy and pasted an image into an Instagram post!! And fricken heck if I’m not here in KZbin trying to figure out why I can’t do it anymore!!! It took literal seconds!! FINALLY, we have this feature and can only put it in messenger?! And why is no one showing us how to add the picture to another project? I’m so confused. Lol

I’m here for that exact reason! It’s nuts because it’ll copy what I want and make it it’s own picture but, so far as I can tell, there seems to be no way to paste it onto another photo which seems like it should be incredibly easy to do. My hope is that someone comments and I’m just slow and missing something. 😆
