+Kevin Griffin I've noticed the exact same thing with many of the top lifters I've seen on this channel, talking for the first time. Ed Coan, Chris Duffin, George Leeman....they all just seem like incredibly easy going, nice guys. Maybe that saying about nice guys always finishing last isn't actually true.

So humble, well-spoken at once. He has a good delivery combined with a foreseen compact solution to the answers. I like guys this strong not starting the usual I pull like 705 and then I need straps if I go to 800+ bla bla. It's so repetitive inferior information often. Brian is really good at giving advice and breaking logic down so everyone can jump along.

i just want to throw it out there but I was training with out straps for ever and did mixed grip to, for a while i would have a crazy sore spot on m back or "knot" and my dead lift was the same for ever , but with straps now my back is pain free and my traps are nice and even, and now i can hit alot more volume making my dead lift go up another really good way to do grip work is weighted pull ups. the grip really transfers over im 31 and im seeing strength gains like as if i was 21 again just saying i havent mastered the hook grip especially during heavy sets my hands feel like they are gonna give out but just keep training guys!!

@AnthonyMcqueen19877 жыл бұрын
Got these straps a month ago and they are amazing for high rep DEADLIFTs when your grip fades in time. another thing is use some chalk cause you will develop calluses quickly and will sting make sure they are snug and tight. I have my Giants figure 8 straps for heavy sets for two reps or less and PR attempts.

+Gary Joe Smith machine and leg press will be good for building muscle and strength in the legs, but you will need to squat with a barbell to get a really good squat. Smith machine squats are not great because of the fixed bar path.
