How to Use Multiple Rackspaces per Song in Gig Performer

Loving these videos. What are people's favored solutions for playing "one-shot" samples, like a bit of audio grabbed from a track, in GP? Is there a recommended plug-in that acts as a sampler where you can import wav or mp3 files? Or a good way to just play an audio file?

There are several free and paid sampler playback engines out there. Kontakt is of course very popular but it's not free (but may be worth getting along with the Komplete bundle as you get a lot of good stuff). The Decent Sampler is a nice freebee out there as is the TX16W. Of course you could always throw individual one shot samples into Gig Performer's audio player or streaming audio player but you'd have to set up widgets and map to notes yourself --- it probably makes much more sense to use one of those sampler plugins that already respond to note messages.

There is also a Gig Performer extension, that works great with touch screen devices - Song Selector.
