Strong phonics knowledge can lead to strong reading fluency, which can lead to strong comprehension! So phonics is key, but do you have the tools you need to pinpoint exactly which phonics skills students need to work on?
In this video, I’ll explain how to use my free phonics diagnostic assessment to identify phonics gaps with your students, figure out what each child needs to work on next, and group your students appropriately.

Have you ever been surprised by a gap in a child’s phonics knowledge that comes out in their reading or spelling?

Hello @learningattheprimarypond, I have all all my assessments completed but now I am stuck as to where to go from here. Do you have any suggestions as to how to move forward or a video that maybe covers the next steps after assessing? Thank you for all your help!

Thank you for this resource! I am a provate tutor, and wondered if I can use this for my rising 5th grader? She has troubles with phonics, when reading the words out loud she can pronounce the sounds incorrectly and have trouble reading words correctly that are more than 4 letters, or words that are not familiar to her. She is bilingual student, so I think that also affects her reading skills. Any advice will be helpful.

Hey there! Can you give me a little bit more info as to what parts you'd want in a digital form? Do you mean a way to record the data digitally? Or something else? Could you give me your email and I can reach out so we can try and get you what you're looking for?
