Thanks so much Prachi. I have spent so much trying to get rid of the heat rashes on my face that refused to go away. Just 3 days ago I was searching for herbal remedies for face rash and this video popped up. I went to several medicine shops in the London unfortunately they didn't have it. I then tried the beauty shops - the Pakistani shop. I got it. To cut the whole story short, I used it once directly on my face at night and the following morning the rashes had vanished. I haven't used Neem oil for my hair though I know its good.. but for my skin.. OMG.. the Oly acne product I use is the Kama Ayurveda Neem oil.. it's a game changer for me.. I mainly use it as spot treatment .. sometimes apply it entire face.. but I cannot live without it..❤❤

Apeksha oils do not help with acne. Oils block the pores. Applying little oil on the face is good, but it doesn’t help with acne. Try good organic turmeric powder and massage gently for 5 mins then wash when it dries.

Diet control, lots of water and clindamycin usp phosphate gel. Also keep your skin extra clean and avoid excess chemicals please :) Hope you are taking your medicinws properly. As pcod gets better, so will the skin. But remember, health first. Acne is so normal, everybody gets :)

Mounika Varma have u tried turmeric powder? If u want to cure the acne only, then mix turmeric with lemon juice and apply to acne only. Gently massage for 5 mins, don’t press. Lemon on direct skin is not good but here u can use it for acne only. Also, use a good organic turmeric.
