Avoid spicy and fried foods. Cover your head. Have cool baths. Use Gond Katira. Kansa Katori Foot Massage Cool drinks in place of Cold drinks (Avoid Carbonated drinks) Have Gulkand Shake. Chana Sattu and Barley Sattu. Aam panna, Jaljeera, Buttermilk, Kokum sharbat, Thandai, Gond Shikanji, Kachchi Lassi, Cucumber Cooler, Paan Shake, Watermelon Mint Cooler, Drink Matka Water instead of fridge water.

Gond katira takes up lots of water. Soak it in 15-20 times of water. Before soaking wash it twice , fast. Put the vessel in fridge as It's too hot outside. Blend it adding more water after 6-7 hours of soaking. Add rooh afza or fresh lemon squash. Tasty and fulfilling.

It's true feet are root of our body. Recently i went for exam in another city. My hotel room didn't had AC and i couldn't afford to waste my sleep due to heat. What i did was i constantly washed my feet with running water this maintained my vody temprature.

Much needed video. I was suffering from pain in both of my feet. I couldn't stand much and the whole body was getting weak. At 12am, I travel for 1 hour for my classes in the hot summer everyday. Maybe because of this my legs were paining and my body got weakened gradually. Also I used to drink sugarcane juice everyday while returning in the hot summer which makes my body little bit energetic again but my legs were still paining whole day.

In summer time or wben your body is warm inside , you can make chia drink. So we need 1 tsp of chia seed and 1 glass of water and some fresh lemon juice. Mix all of them together , if you want you can add honey to taste it. It also makes your skin glow and makes you full hours❤ all the best

@@chandnimehra466 first of all I have to say you have a very cute and nice name ( Chandni ) ⠀ dear you must have an allergy to it, or sometimes mouth ulcers happen without any reasons! if you still have this problem do this: You must mix baking soda and water to make a thick paste and apply this to the ulcer in your mouth. Once the paste dries out, rinse your mouth with water to clean the paste💞❤️🥰 Remember to avoid spicy foods until you become better ☘️

Hey I just made Gond Katira kheer and it turned out awesome ….thankyou soo much for this video fit tuber….my husband suffers from more body heat and he hates gelly like Gond katira which he refused to drink in lemon water….i made kheer out of it with dates paste as sweetener…turned out awesome….now he ate arround 2 katoris of kheer as I said it’s rice kheer …u know what it tastes exactly the same ….healthy and cooling for the body
