It works, lots of thank you! The issues are: the camera always being recognised as horisontal (even if it is vertical in obs). And also OBS needs to be downgraded. But it more for the ones who will be searching for the solutions. The author is the best :)

@@KingofTrashWisdom in obs you can set 1080x1920 (or other vertical scale) in settings -> video. But this will totally not work in pair with bluestacks, that will corrupt image.

worth noting that the plugin does NOT work with any version above 27. I had to downgrade my OBS in order to see "virtual cam" in the list. However, it still doesnt work in bluestacks. i keep getting multiple cameras detected when i only have one.

Update to 5.10 BlueStacks after version and use the OBS version specified in the video. Follow the steps and use OBS-Camera from the drop down. Don't use OBS Virtual Camera.

Hello! I don't think those links will be needed anymore. The you can simply download the latest version of OBS and BlueStacks and use the "Start virtual camera" option in OBS.
