Hi, Ha Duong. To be honest, I'm not as strong with PowerPoint as I am with Excel. PowerPoint does have form controls like Excel does (you have to add the Developer tab). I think you may have to recreate the functionality. Otherwise, I'm not sure how to link the form controls from Excel to PowerPoint and have them function correctly. Maybe someone else will comment with a solution. Sorry I can't be more help.
