Hello! thanks for w video! Can I ask if you always have to crack the egg with the niddle or only the big ones? My niddle already curved afrer one use :(. Also I don’t understand how much water should I use for soft eggs as the measurement shows only hard and medium 😅

Cracking the egg with the needle helps in better cooking. You can use any other needle or object to crack the egg also. For soft eggs, you can use water little lesser than the medium mark down
